genre - pop, hip hop. We can tell as it contains conventions of a typical pop song such as bright colours and dancing.
the song isn't extremely fast pace but is very upbeat and has a lot of energy due to the constant dancing and movement throughout the music video.
The videos not one shot, it is multiple that is cut according to the beat of the music.

The video goes from a much slower pace to much faster pace. The shots are in time with the video and goes along to the beat. 
The video includes several different shots which change in time with the beat of the music. The different shots includes different people, costumes and locations.
